Most of our items come with a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. Returns not received at our designated shipping point within 30 days of delivery, as noted on the Bill of Lading, will be refused.

If you wish to return an item, please request an RMA via our online form. The item must arrive at our warehouse unused and in the same condition as shipped within 30 days of the delivery date. If no replacement purchase is made within 45 days of the item’s return, 70% of the purchase price, minus all shipping charges, will be refunded. If the item was bought with a “free shipping” offer, actual shipping costs will be deducted along with a 30% restocking fee.

Our return policy excludes special orders, custom orders, open box items, as-is items, less than perfect items, redemption games, kiddie rides, vending machines, photo booths, replacement parts, and accessories. Items shipped outside the USA, sold to commercial, business, government, or non-profit accounts, or refused upon delivery are not returnable.

Brand new products must be returned unused in their original packaging. Preowned, used, demo, or refurbished products must also be unused and include all paperwork, manuals, parts, and supplies. Non-defective returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charges. If free shipping was applied, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Returns not meeting these conditions will also incur a 30% restocking fee and all shipping costs. This policy specifically excludes special, custom, as-is, or less than perfect products, as well as redemption, casino, furniture, carnival, kiddie, and vending machine products, parts, supplies, accessories, and items damaged in shipment.
